Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet, a global leader in business decisioning data and analytics, is seeking a Data Scientist, Commercial Analytics in Warsaw. You will develop ML models and predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities, reduce churn, and support commercial decision-making.

Working with large-scale datasets across sales, product usage and finance, you will design experiments, build scalable analytics assets, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Science or related analytics domains.
• 4+ years in senior/scientist capacity.
• Proven delivery of analytics solutions with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models for churn, upsell, LTV, and forecasting.
• Design experiments to optimize acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to identify growth.
• Translate analytics into actionable business recommendations.
• Build scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality.
