Concentrix Poznań is seeking a customer service specialist to handle Croatian market communications, including calls, emails, and chats, in the automotive sector. You will assist Croatian- and English-speaking customers, enter data into the system, and diagnose and resolve requests with a commitment to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluent Croatian (C1) and conversational English (at least B2).
