Citibank (Switzerland) AG is looking for a Custody Transaction Processing Specialist in Warsaw to support the Settlement team with Transaction Reconciliation. You will monitor asset and cash reconciliation, interact with internal stakeholders, and escalate discrepancies as needed.

The role offers a hybrid work model and exposure to global teams. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in reconciliation/settlement/custody, English fluency, and strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Transaction Reconciliation/Settlement/Custody/Asset Servicing.
• SWIFT system knowledge (54x type) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong creativity, innovation and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to develop and learn fast.

## Custody Transaction Processing SpecialistApply: Hybrid: Warsaw Poland: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 7, 2026 (13 days left to apply): 26990661**Custody Transaction Management Department** is currently looking to fill a specialist role in Transaction **Reconciliation** team that will be tasked with supporting Settlement team with **Transaction Reconciliation**. Embarking on this journey, you will be responsible for trade reconciliation, assets and cash reconciliation, supporting internal stakeholders for settlement and recon related queries. With time you become subject matter expert and will get more complexed and responsible tasks. Citi **Custody** is responsible for the safekeeping and servicing of equity assets of our clients. Being a custodian bank, we facilitate the settlement process of our client’s securities transactions, manage and process corporate actions as announced by the issuers of these securities, and assist our clients with capital gains tax payment and reclamation.
