Job summary

Bending Spoons is looking for a talented, driven individual to join our team in a role focused on coordinating events, travel, and recruitment initiatives. You will help strengthen our culture and leverage AI to improve daily operations, working closely with the Talent team and various departments.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, high-execution environment, with opportunities for growth and exposure to major projects across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reason from first principles and structure ideas clearly.
• Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and resilience.
• Collaborates well within teams and supports others.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Will work from the office daily and contribute in person.

Responsibilities

• Run company events from brainstorming to logistics and on-site execution.
• Coordinate business travel across the company for efficiency and smoothness.
• Support recruiting initiatives with the Talent team and external participants.
• Strengthen company culture by proposing and driving connection opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline event planning, travel, and operations.
• Assist day-to-day operations and support new hires through relocation and onboarding.
