Job summary

Infinity Quest in Kraków seeks a PMO Delivery Lead reporting to the Head of CTO Change Portfolio Management. You will act as the dedicated PMO lead for at least one CTO Area, partnering with sponsors and transformation leads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You will coordinate with Area stakeholders, the Central PMO, and ExCo, driving health checks, reporting, and adherence to CLIENT frameworks. This role demands proactive problem solving and strong leadership under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO delivery across CTO portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leaders.
• Pro-active problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of portfolio management frameworks and financial planning.
• Experience with forecasting, variances and project accounting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Areas’ stakeholders, Project and Program Sponsors & Transformation Leads across all CTO Portfolios and collaborate with them regularly.
• Work as single point of contact between Areas and the Central PMO function.
• Support the effective delivery of the Area’s portfolio outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic requirements and priorities.
• Drive the delivery of accurate and timely plans with Area stakeholders.
• Report on Area’s portfolio health back to the PMO Lead, Head of PMO Change Management and ExCo.
• Identify thematic Risks and Issues for the Area and report them to Central PMO.
• Ensure Area’s programmes adhere to CLIENT Frameworks and standards.
• Support Area’s annual planning activities and advise on resource supply and demand health checks.
• Ensure Area’s programmes interlock with other programmes within CLIENT Technology and are well understood.
• Not own any governed programmes or projects but monitor the Area’s Programmes/Portfolios/projects.
• Very good understanding of Portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques
• Pro-active problem-solving with negotiating, documenting and presenting recommendations to deliver shared outcomes
• Critical thinking under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills to engage and unite diverse teams
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes including forecasting, variances and P&L accounting
• Excellent time management to deliver at pace
• Experience of continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure products and fintech
• Strong/in-depth reporting skills for CTO-level data and ad-hoc senior management reports
