Job summary

eConsulting is expanding its Cornerstone OnDemand practice in Warsaw, implementing CSOD Galaxy for international clients. You will lead module deployments such as Learning, Performance, Succession, or Recruiting, analyze client processes, and translate them into scalable HR solutions.

You will run workshops and demos, advise on HR best practices, configure and test the system, and support users during UAT, while collaborating closely with developers and other consultants.

Qualifications

• Strong CSOD Galaxy knowledge with at least one non-Core module (Learning, Performance, Succession, Compensation, Recruiting, or Learning Experience).
• Experience working directly with clients, leading meetings, presentations, and project workshops.
• Business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process modelling, and proposing system solutions.
• English proficiency level C1 for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of CSOD Galaxy modules for international clients.
• Analyze client processes and translate into system solutions.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and system demos.
• Advise on HR/HCM best practices and design processes.
• Configure the system, test changes, and support during UAT.
• Collaborate with development team and other consultants.
• Support clients with ongoing questions and incidents related to CSOD Galaxy.
• Deliver product training sessions and configuration walkthroughs.
