econsulting in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced CSOD Data Migration Consultant to lead end-to-end data migrations from legacy systems into the Cornerstone OnDemand platform. You will apply hands-on CSOD data structures, transformation, extraction, and loading, while communicating clearly with client stakeholders.

This role combines technical execution with consultancy, requiring tasks from mapping requirements to validation, testing, and cutover planning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience migrating data into CSOD in enterprise-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of CSOD data models and Edge Import specifications.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot migration errors and logs.
• Excellent written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end CSOD data migrations from legacy systems.
• Define data requirements, mapping, and transformation rules for CSOD standards.
• Utilize CSOD Edge and Edge Import templates for data load and validation.
• Conduct mock migrations, data integrity checks, and UAT support.
• Coordinate with client IT, CSOD Global Customer Support, and project managers on timelines and cutover.
