econsulting in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced CSOD Data Migration Consultant to lead end-to-end data migrations from legacy systems into the Cornerstone OnDemand platform. You will apply hands-on CSOD data structures, transformation, extraction, and loading, while communicating clearly with client stakeholders.

This role combines technical execution with consultancy, requiring tasks from mapping requirements to validation, testing, and cutover planning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end CSOD data migrations from legacy systems.

• Conduct mock migrations, data integrity checks, and UAT support.
• Coordinate with client IT, CSOD Global Customer Support, and project managers on timelines and cutover.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced CSOD Data Migration Consultant to join team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex data migration activities from legacy systems into the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform.

This is a technical and consultative role requiring hands-on expertise in CSOD data structures, data transformation, extraction, as well as clear communication with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Migration Execution: End-to-end data migration planning, mapping, extraction, transformation, loading, and validation into CSOD modules.
• Requirements & Data Mapping: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data requirements, legacy field mapping, and transformation rules tailored to CSOD standards.
• Technical Integration & Tools: Utilize CSOD Edge, and standard data load templates (Edge Import) for seamless data transfer.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform mock migrations, data integrity checks, reconciliation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Stakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Collaborate with client IT teams, CSOD Global Customer Support (GCS), and project managers to manage migration timelines, risks, and cutover strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven Experience in CSOD Data Migration: Hands-on experience successfully migrating data into the Cornerstone OnDemand platform on enterprise-scale projects.
• CSOD Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of CSOD data models, Edge Import, and standard data load specifications across key modules.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot migration errors, data mismatch issues, and CSOD API/Edge import logs.
• Communication: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate complex technical data requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CSOD Implementer / Technical Certification.
• Data & ETL Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/VBA, or data transformation tools (Python/ETL platforms) for data cleaning, manipulation, and validation.
• Experience with overnight/cutover data migration in global, multi-timezone environments.
• Knowledge of legacy HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or custom LMS databases).
