Modis is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Data Migration Transformation Consultant to join a nearshore project with an immediate start. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) data migration and involves close collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure data quality.

You will analyze source data, drive transformation, loading, validation, and issue resolution, while maintaining ownership and delivering in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Strong data migration methodology knowledge: source data analysis, transformation, loading, error management, progress reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, transformation, validation and reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Perform source data analysis, cleansing, and validation.
• Execute data transformation and reconciliation tasks to ensure data quality.
• Support data migration activities, including preparation, loading, and validation of data in target systems.
• Investigate, manage, and resolve migration-related errors and data issues.
• Provide regular progress updates, status reporting, and risk identification throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of migration objectives.
