Job summary
Optingo Digital Sp. z o.o. is seeking a CRM Analyst to bridge clients and the Creatio platform.
You’ll understand business processes, configure CRM without coding, and translate requirements into system settings. You’ll work on CRM and process automation deployment projects for Polish and European markets, facing new analytical challenges with every engagement. Creatio BPMN Workshops, User Stories, Jira/Confluence familiarity are valued.
Qualifications
- Active Creatio Analyst certification.
- Experience in Creatio deployment projects.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing clients’ business requirements — understanding processes, goals and constraints
- Running analytical workshops with client teams
- Configuring Creatio CRM applications according to the project specification
- Presenting deployed solutions to stakeholders and gathering feedback
- Working with the project team (PM, developers, UX)
- Supporting the sales department — platform demos for prospective clients
- Documenting solutions and creating functional specifications
