Job summary

Creatio is seeking a No-Code Business Analyst to join its Industries Solutions Engineering Team. You will leverage the Creatio platform to cover CRM functionalities with no-code development, creating applications and researching to identify real-world needs.

You will decompose user stories, conduct market research, and collaborate with QA and international stakeholders to deliver scalable no-code solutions using Creatio Objects designer and integration tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in conducting business analysis and research tasks (market research, competitor analysis, requirements gathering).
• Solid understanding of BPMN notation and ability to model business processes.
• Experience configuring information systems through UI-based tools and no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience with version control (Git/SVN) and basic UI prototyping tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

• UI Creation with No-Code Tools: Create application UIs using No-code designer tools, including a drag-and-drop interface for composing UI for pages and sections, simplifying and accelerating the development process.
• Server Logic Automation: Develop server logic automation using no-code business process tools to implement complex logic for applications, tailored to BPMN notation.
• Web Services Integration: Create web services for system integration using no-code tools, including designing RESTful APIs and SOAP interfaces.
• Webhook Services Configuration: Create and configure webhook services using no-code tools to receive requests from external services.
• Database Design: Design database structures using Creatio Objects designer, defining tables, relationships, and data fields.
• User Story Decomposition: Decompose User Stories into executable tasks for no-code creation.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to generate insights on competitors and trends for product improvement.
• Customer Feedback Gathering: Conduct interviews with end users to gather feedback and product requirements.
• Collaboration with QA: Work with QA engineers for testing of created solutions.
• Version Control: Use Git/SVN for version control and collaboration.
