Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, promo operations, or digital marketing in online gaming or fast-paced consumer environments.
• Hands-on fluency with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to own multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM promotion domain end-to-end with accountability for outcomes.
• Set quality standards for CRM QA, compliance, and creative work.
• Lead real-time and pre-planned offer strategies across channels and document standards.
