Hard Rock Digital is seeking a designer to support Partnerships Creative, shaping how Hard Rock Bet connects with fans through team and league partnerships. You’ll design co-branded assets for digital, social, in-venue, and experiential environments, elevating brand presence and cultural relevance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production design or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating co-branded campaigns and multi-format execution.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite; Figma is a major plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Well-versed in designing for print (large and small formats) and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with asset management systems and file organization best practices.
• Collaborative mindset: experience working with marketers and product teams.
• Passion for sports or iGaming is a significant advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support the Creative Pod by extrapolating campaigns into additional sizes, versions, and placements.
• Create and adapt co-branded assets for social, email, web, print, and experiential channels.
• Version and resize creative per templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare final production-ready files for multiple platforms and partners.
• QA assets for errors, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and brand guideline adherence.
• Collaborate with design, PMs, and marketing to meet deadlines.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital and print advertising in sports betting.
