Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Проведение интервью и воркшопов с клиентами для сбора требований.
• Перевод бизнес‑требований в функциональные спецификации и дизайны решений.
• Проектирование процессов в областях продаж, маркетинга и обслуживания клиентов.
• Настройка и создание приложений на платформе Creatio с использованием no-code инструментов.
• Создание прототипов и демонстрация решений клиентам.
• Проектирование пользовательских интерфейсов, форм, моделей данных, бизнес‑правил и процессов автоматизации.
• Использование инструментов на базе ИИ на протяжении жизненного цикла решения.
• Сотрудничество с архитекторами решений и разработчиками для реализации расширенной функциональности.
• Поддержка тестирования, приемочного тестирования и внедрения решений.

We combine extensive experience in business transformation with modern technology, primarily Creatio, an AI-native CRM and no-code platform that enables rapid application development and business process automation. We are looking for a CRM Consultant / Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.

Задачи:

• Conducting client interviews and workshops to understand business needs and processes.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Designing processes across sales, marketing, customer service, and other business areas.
• Configuring and building applications on the Creatio platform using no-code tools.
• Creating prototypes and demonstrating solutions to clients.
• Designing user interfaces, forms, data models, business rules, and process automation.
• Using AI-powered tools throughout the solution lifecycle — from requirements analysis and process design to application development, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborating with solution architects and developers on more advanced functionality and integrations.
• Supporting testing, user acceptance, and solution implementation.

Требования:

• Have experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Consultant, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
• Can confidently engage with business stakeholders, analyze processes, and identify real business needs.
• Understand key business processes in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Have experience with CRM systems or business platforms such as Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega, or similar solutions.
• Enjoy not only designing and documenting solutions but also building and validating them yourself.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Are curious about AI and eager to explore how new technologies can improve the way solutions are designed and built.
• Have excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written, allowing you to confidently lead workshops, engage with international clients, and work in English-speaking project environments.
• Будет плюсом: German language skills at a level that allows you to work confidently in a German-speaking business environment — including client meetings, workshops, and project activities. This would be a major advantage!; Experience with Creatio or other low-code/no-code platforms; Knowledge of BPMN, SQL, REST APIs, and data modelling; Hands-on experience configuring business applications; Practical experience using AI tools for business analysis, solution design, or application development
