Qualifications

• Умение собирать и документировать требования; BRD/функциональные спецификации, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.
• Опыт проектов в Data/BI/Analytics и понимание качества данных.
• Опыт самостоятельного управления UAT, подготовки сценариев и поддержки sign-off.
• Опыт работы с бизнес-командами и техническими командами.
• Умение проводить воркшопы и работать с топ-менеджментом.
• Опыт работы в международной среде.
• Владение Jira, Confluence или аналогичными инструментами.

Responsibilities

• Проведение бизнес-анализа для инициатив в Data, BI и AI.

• Проведение discovery-воркшопов с бизнес-командами, финансами и техническими командами.
• Создание BRD/функциональных спецификаций, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, бизнес-правил и карт процессов.
• Поддержка бэклога и дорожной карты инициатив.
• Анализ готовности данных и координация решений по данным.
• Согласование анализа потоков данных между системами и BI-решениями.
• Поддержка внедрения новых решений и сбор отзывов пользователей.
• Документация и подготовка материалов для обучения и передачи знаний.

Описание: Nexio Management has around 550 consultants who have been creating advanced IT solutions for companies in Poland and abroad for over 20 years. We are a team of experts who are genuinely involved in our clients' projects. We specialize in building, developing and maintaining systems and applications, as well as IT consulting. We believe the best solutions emerge when there is room for experimentation, which is why we have our own R&D Center, led by NexioBot, our mobile assisting robot that uses artificial intelligence for communication.

Задачи:

• Conduct business analysis for Data, BI and AI initiatives.
• Collect, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Lead discovery workshops with business teams, Finance, users, data owners and technical teams.
• Create BRDs/functional specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, business rules and process maps.
• Support and organize the backlog and roadmap of initiatives.
• Analyze data readiness and quality and coordinate the resolution of data-related issues.
• Collaborate on the analysis of data flows between systems, data sources and BI solutions.
• Support the definition and delivery of business AI use cases.
• Coordinate collaboration between business teams, Data/BI and AI teams, and other technology teams.
• Prepare UAT strategies, scenarios and test cases.
• Coordinate UAT, manage defects and retests, and prepare for business sign-off.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, decisions and solution readiness for deployment.
• Support the adoption of new solutions, gather feedback and monitor business outcomes.
• Prepare documentation and user materials, and support knowledge transfer.

Требования:

• Around 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Analytics/Product Delivery, Data Transformation, AI Transformation or a related area.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Practical experience creating BRDs/functional specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, business rules and process maps.
• Experience in Data, BI or Analytics projects.
• Understanding of data quality, data readiness and data flows between systems.
• Experience independently managing UAT, from preparing scenarios through defect management and supporting sign-off.
• Experience working with business teams and technical teams.
• Ability to lead workshops and work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Very good command of English, at least C1.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
