Job summary

Worldline is seeking a TeamLead for Credit Risk Management, based in Sweden with hybrid work from home and Stockholm office. You will lead the Credit Risk CoE, drive professionalization, and ensure high standards across underwriting, onboarding, and monitoring.

Requirements include 5+ years of management in credit risk, a Master’s in Finance/Accounting, and strong data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English required; payments industry experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional management in 1st/2nd line credit risk.
• Deep expertise in financial analysis, credit ratings, and risk methods.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CoE and manage a team of Credit Risk Experts.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize merchant credit risk framework.
• Oversee portfolio monitoring, KPI management, and risk reporting.
• Manage complex credit escalations and final credit decisioning.
• Own credit risk tooling and budget management.
