Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g. payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment) and provide exceptional customer support
• Review and control credit documentation for incoming credit applications
• Monitor customer financing repayment (cash collection, past due management, write-off)
• Process customer claims
• Provide credit processing support to country credit underwriting teams
• Prepare reports and exhibits (external and internal)
• Establish close partnerships with stakeholders from each of our retail portfolio countries to ensure timely and flawless completion of all quality control for client data
• Continuously look for improvements in processes and how they are implemented in our systems

Credit Operations Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g. payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment, etc.) and provide them exceptional customer support.

Our Requirements

• Basic Knowledge of financial products like loans and leases (2+ years).
• Fluency in English is essential.
• University degree preferably in a finance- or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Great communication, customer service skills and customer centricity.
• Ability to master customer interactions, handle complaints and keep calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.
• Affinity to numbers.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage.
• German or Spanish are considered as an advantage.
