Job summary

Bank finansowy w Poznaniu poszukuje stażysty finansowego, który wesprze dział onboardingowy klientów. Wymagana jest znajomość języka angielskiego (C1) oraz umiejętności w zakresie Microsoft Excel. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wsparcie działu onboardingowego klientów w John Deere Bank.
• Weryfikacja dokumentów zewnętrznych klientów.
• Zarządzanie i kategoryzacja e-maili.
• Asystowanie w archiwizacji dokumentów i wprowadzaniu danych.
• Przeprowadzanie screeningów zgodności z użyciem World-check.

Job description

Support for John Deere Bank's customer onboarding department.

Provide support in document verification of external customers.

Manage and categorize emails, ensuring efficient communication flow.

Assist in document filling, record-keeping and data entry.

Conducting compliance screenings using World-check to identify potential risk.

Our requirements:

Reliability, accuracy, and consistency in action.

Student status (preferred economics, finance).

Availability 120h/month.

High communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).

Very good knowledge of English – Spanish or German will be an advantage.
