Job summary

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the R2 costing team.

Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Cost Analyst

Poznań, Poland

Your Responsibilities

• Monthly & annual cost cycle activities for units supported by the European cost group.
• Rates calculation based on the unit’s Normal Studies.
• New parts costing and analysis of cost changes.
• Review of cost differences between products of different factories.
• Material & production variance analysis.
• Cost Management System monthly reporting of differences between standard and updated costs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the R2 costing team in order to get process alignment and standardization within the different units.

Our Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in economics / business administration or a comparable qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work on an international team.
• Expert in the use of applications such as SAP S/4 Hana and MS Office.
• Solution-oriented way of working.
• Analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
• Communication skills.
• Confident, process thinking and customer orientation.

Nice To Have

• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German is highly appreciated, as biggest products to cost are located in Germany.
