Job summary

HeadHR in Warsaw is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to handle facility, obligor, and credit data maintenance on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will review requests, keep credit systems aligned, and implement approved amendments and changes across records.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or related fields, demonstrates strong Excel skills, and communicates clearly in English. A detail-oriented, analytical mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Interest in banking, credit risk, finance, or financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
