Capgemini Poland seeks an R2R Finance & Accounting Process Specialist to support accurate financial reporting by processing accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, and contributing to month-end closing activities.

You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth accounting processes while working in a hybrid model in Kraków. English at B2 level and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least B2 level English and good knowledge of MS Office.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience with the ability to analyze end-to-end processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process financial data in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, allocations, and other accounting transactions.
• Perform account and intercompany reconciliations, including analysis of posting differences.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial analyses and reports.
• Process HR-related settlements, including employee loans and payroll taxes.
• Support VAT compliance activities, including VAT reporting and reconciliations.
• Review project-related transactions and monitor daily accounting operations.

Your Role
