TD SYNNEX in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Credit Analyst to support credit risk assessment and monitoring within an international environment. You will work with Sales, Finance, and customers to maintain records and assist credit decisions.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, detail orientation, and a willingness to learn. A hybrid work model and training programs are offered, with a maternity leave replacement contract.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in Credit Management.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer credit information and support credit limit assessments for new and existing customers.
• Assist with onboarding new customer accounts, including data verification, blacklist screening, and compliance checks.
• Request and maintain insured credit limits with external insurance providers.
• Communicate credit decisions and account updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor customer payment behaviour and support updates to customer credit limits when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contribute ideas to improve internal processes and ways of working.

About the Role

As a Junior Credit Analyst, you will support the assessment and monitoring of customer creditworthiness while helping the business minimise risk and maximise sales opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, insurance providers, and customers to maintain accurate records and support credit-related decision-making. You will join a team of professionals who will provide training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritise tasks


• Eagerness to learn and build a career within Credit Management


• Previous experience in credit, finance, administration, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required


• SAP knowledge is a plus
