Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong interest in E-commerce, Social Media, and Creator Economies.
• Analytical mindset: Data-driven and structured thinker.
• Proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with the E-commerce ecosystem and current trends in Poland (preferred).
• Previous internship experience in e-commerce, consulting, or digital marketing (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools or SQL (preferred).
• A people person who enjoys building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creator growth strategies across e-commerce categories.
• Design category-specific initiatives for creator activation.
• Monitor KPI frameworks focused on creator activation and content efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and partner with brands.
