About the team

The GBS Central Europe Team works with advertisers across the CEE region, spanning Poland, Romania, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, the Balkans and the Baltics.

Operating out of our Warsaw hub, we collaborate with top advertisers from industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, eCommerce, Finance, Travel and Tech.

As part of the team, you will join either our Consumer Goods or Consumer Services teams, supporting Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) with operational tasks in product setup and campaign execution. This is a hands‑on role with high exposure to the real mechanics of digital advertising – the perfect learning ground for anyone passionate about marketing, data, and the future of media.

An internship offers the opportunity to engage in short‑term projects that provide practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the teams in building presentations and day‑to‑day account management tasks that will help scale accounts.
• Campaign management: activation, planning, optimisation, insight generation and best practice implementation.
• Respond to client queries and internal ad‑hoc requests, including policy and product related matters.
• Data analysis – analyse trends and develop actionable insights to help further advertisers’ goals.

Responsibilities may vary depending on team requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and available to start immediately.
• Maintain enrolment in your academic program throughout the internship. Six‑month internship with possibility of extension.
• Proficiency in analysis and communication software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication skills – strong negotiation and listening skills.
• Proactive initiative, willingness to tackle challenges and problem‑solve.

• Goal‑oriented mindset, great attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and excellent time management.
• Beneficial to understand social: short video and live‑streaming content.

Compensation and Benefits

The initial base pay for this position is PLN 5458 per month.
