Job summary

Viktor in Warsaw is seeking a Creative Operations Lead to oversee the operating layer of our fast-growing production workflow, from briefs to live assets. You will set priorities, assign owners, and ensure timely delivery across designers, editors, and vendors.

In a small, high-trust team with minimal process, you will replace repetitive coordination with AI and automation, hand off approved creatives to Growth, and help scale to 100+ creatives shipped weekly.

Qualifications

• You've run creative operations, production or traffic for a high-output creative team, in-house or agency.
• You've worked directly with designers, video editors, creators or agencies, from brief to final delivery.
• You've used AI and automation to fix repetitive work; no coding required.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities, owners and deadlines for every active project, and allocate capacity.
• Keep vendors and creators delivering on time.
• Run reviews and QA, and get files and exports launch-ready.
• Hand approved creatives to Growth and feed performance back into production.
• Replace repetitive coordination with AI and automation.
