Job summary

Dental Media Corp is seeking a Creative Director to lead ad creative strategy across our campaigns. You will ideate, direct, and oversee the production of high-performing video and static ad creative for Meta and other platforms, developing fresh angles and hooks to drive performance.

You will create briefs, scripts, and storyboards while staying on top of what engages audiences across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid social.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative strategist in a performance marketing or direct response environment.
• Deep understanding of what makes ads convert on Meta and paid social, not just visuals.
• Strong portfolio of ad campaigns with a focus on video creative.
• Experience producing UGC-style content, influencer-driven ads, and lo-fi formats that perform.
• Ability to rapidly generate multiple creative angles for the same product or offer.
• Finger on the pulse — you know what’s trending and what’s about to be played out.
• Strong storytelling instincts and pacing for short-form video.
• Familiarity with creative analytics tools and platform-specific ad metrics.
