UniCredit in Poland seeks a Structured Finance Manager to lead debt structuring for CRE projects and prepare comprehensive English credit applications. You will present to committees, negotiate terms, and work within an international environment to support client relationships.

The role requires strong CRE knowledge, advanced financial analysis, and fluency in English and Polish. Hybrid collaboration with Group units is expected.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the CRE market, valuations, and investment cycles.
• Advanced financial analysis and ability to derive strategic conclusions.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) for credit docs and negotiations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Experience with CRE LMA documentation standards and legal structures.

Responsibilities

• Structuring debt financing for CRE transactions (office, logistics, retail, PRS).
• Preparing English credit applications with risk assessment and terms.
• Presenting to credit committees, including UniCredit Group level in Milan.
• Negotiate credit docs and transaction terms with clients and advisors.
• Jointly manage client relationships with the relationship unit.
• Collaborate with Group units in an international environment.
