Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Courier Team Coordinator in Legnica to oversee daily operations of a courier team, handle settlements, and ensure accurate data entry in our warehouse system. You will work closely with Carriers and Couriers, organize training, and support staff development to boost performance.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts, with an emphasis on customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education.
• Experience in a similar courier role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Open to shift work.
• Familiar with local city topography.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily work of a courier team regarding parcel deliveries and pickups.
• Settling couriers for assigned shipments, documentation, company assets, and cash.
• Timely entering data into the warehouse management system.
• Collaborating with Carriers and Couriers.
• Organizing and conducting training for Carriers and Couriers.
• Supporting Couriers in their daily work, ensuring motivation and development.
• Reporting Courier performance to the Manager.
