Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned Global Communications professional in Kraków to lead country communications strategies and align local execution with global campaigns. You will craft internal and external messaging, manage town halls, translate content, and support crisis communications, reporting to Global Communications.

This role emphasizes cultural attunement and regulatory compliance to protect DXC’s reputation and growth in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably in a multinational environment
• Strong proficiency in strategic communication planning and execution
• Strong writing skills applicable to range of communications content.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for diverse cultural contexts
• Continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology
• Fluency in English, French, and Dutch preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate country leader town halls for employees (quarterly) and people managers (as needed) with guidance and post-event surveys.
• Engage with External Communications to develop press releases and media materials aligned to corporate narrative and campaigns.
• Partner with Global Issues Communications Lead to manage crisis-related communications across HR, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Collaborate with local leaders on external communications initiatives including media interviews and events.
• Adapt global messaging for local language and regulatory contexts and Works Councils requirements.
• Translate global communications into local languages and local content into English for approvals.
• Prepare and deliver country-specific announcements and regulatory information with high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with Global External Communications on external needs as required
