Job summary

DXC Technology, a leading global IT services company, is seeking an experienced Communications professional to lead country-level internal and external messaging. You will coordinate country leader town halls, craft announcements, manage media engagement, and collaborate on crisis communications with cross-functional teams.

Role requires senior-level writing, strategic planning, and ability to adapt messaging for diverse cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in strategic communication planning and execution.
• Strong writing skills applicable to range of communications content.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging for diverse cultural contexts.
• Continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
• Fluency in English, French, and Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate country leader town halls for employees (quarterly) and people managers (as needed).
• Develop and deliver country-specific announcements, policy updates and organizational changes.
• Engage with global External Communications to develop press releases and media materials.
• Build and execute a proactive earned media engagement strategy for local media.
• Partner with Global Issues Communications Lead during crises to ensure timely info dissemination.
• Collaborate with local leaders on external communications initiatives including media interviews.
• Translate global communications into local languages and local content into English for approvals.
