Wella Company in Łódź is seeking a Finance Controller Co-Pilot to partner with the GM and leaders across Marketing, Sales, HR and Admin, focusing on A&P and SG&A costs to help meet profit targets.
You will develop monthly forecasts, budgets and long-range plans, build Power BI dashboards, and support FP&A processes while ensuring compliance and process improvement across the Southern Europe Cluster.
The Finance Controller Co-Pilot is a strategic finance partner to the Southern Europe Cluster, supporting the General Manager and functional leaders across Marketing, Sales, HR, and other departments. This role focuses on the financial control and reporting of Advertising & Consumer Promotion (A&CP) and Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) costs, which are critical for delivering the cluster’s profit targets.
The position plays a key role in the financial forecast process, including data preparation, reporting, and system uploads. Fluency with tools such as SAP (including BW) and Power BI is essential.
