Hiberus Polska is seeking a software developer with banking domain experience to work on core banking solutions using Oracle FLEXCUBE. The role is full-time with hybrid work, six days per month in the Warsaw office.

You will join a team delivering development and modernization, integrating platforms with other systems in the banking ecosystem. Strong English and 3+ years of experience are required.

Formación

• At least 3 years of software development experience in banking/financial sectors.
• Hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE development, implementation, migration or modernization.
• Solid knowledge of Core Banking environments and processes.
• Experience building and integrating banking systems via APIs.
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient SQL and database usage; Agile, CI/CD familiarity.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

The project is being carried out for a client in the banking sector and focuses on the development and modernisation of core banking solutions using Oracle FLEXCUBE. The team is working on developing functionality and integrating the platform with other systems and services within the banking ecosystem.

Experience required

• At least 3 years’ commercial experience in software development, including experience on projects for the banking or financial sector.
• Practical experience of working with Oracle FLEXCUBE on development, implementation, migration or modernisation projects.
• Good knowledge of the Core Banking environment and processes related to core banking products.
• Experience in developing and integrating banking systems using APIs.
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture from a developer’s perspective.
• Experience working with databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language used in backend projects.
• Experience of working in an Agile environment and knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of the basic requirements regarding the security, performance and reliability of banking systems.
• Ability to analyse business and technical requirements and to implement new functionalities based on them.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts, testers and other members of the project team.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid basis – 6 days a month from the office in Warsaw.
