Job summary

Hiberus Polska is seeking a software developer with banking domain experience to work on core banking solutions using Oracle FLEXCUBE. The role is full-time with hybrid work, six days per month in the Warsaw office.

You will join a team delivering development and modernization, integrating platforms with other systems in the banking ecosystem. Strong English and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of software development experience in banking/financial sectors.
• Hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE development, implementation, migration or modernization.
• Solid knowledge of Core Banking environments and processes.
• Experience building and integrating banking systems via APIs.
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient SQL and database usage; Agile, CI/CD familiarity.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modernize core banking solutions using Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Develop functionality and integrate with other banking systems and services.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers and other project team members.
• Work in an Agile environment and participate in CI/CD processes.
