Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is looking for a Control & Payment Analyst to support key invoice processing and payment workflows. You will apply your analytical skills in an international environment and help ensure timely payments via SAP and e-banking.

The role offers hybrid work, a monthly salary of 6,456 PLN gross, and benefits including medical package and canteen funding; you will collaborate with Accounts Payable and Treasury to maintain controls and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Higher education (or final-year student status) in Economics or Sciences.
• English (level B2, spoken and written).
• Analytical thinking.
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• SAP knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payment execution: prepare, process, and monitor payments via SAP and e-banking platforms.
• Controls, audit & compliance: perform pre- and post-payment checks and maintain audit trails (SOX compliance).
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with Accounts Payable, Treasury, and banking teams as the main contact for payment inquiries.
• Systems & process optimization: reconcile data between SAP and banking systems and drive improvements.

What will your tasks involve?

• end-to-end payment execution: prepare, process, and monitor standard, manual, and urgent payments via SAP and e-banking platforms, including troubleshooting rejected or failed transactions

• controls, audit & compliance: perform strict pre- and post-payment checks (e.g., preventing duplicates, validating bank data), maintain complete audit trails, and ensure adherence to SOX and internal policies

• cross-functional collaboration: coordinate closely with Accounts Payable, Treasury (regarding funding availability), and banking teams, acting as the main point of contact for payment inquiries

• systems & process optimization: reconcile data between SAP and banking systems, ensure business continuity, and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives and tool implementations
