Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Executive to support processes and manage digital sourcing tools in an international setting. The role requires fluent English and Hungarian, plus strong Excel skills to develop strategic procurement initiatives.

You will collaborate with global teams, lead supplier selections, manage RFPs and negotiate contracts to drive value, cost savings and risk mitigation. The position is hybrid with Cracow office access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience in an international environment.
• University degree preferably in Business Administration / Economics / Trade / Procurement or related fields.
• Project management experience from a procurement perspective.
• Fluent English and Hungarian (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regions, affiliates and Global Procurement to implement category and sourcing strategies.
• Lead end-to-end supplier selection processes, including competitive bidding.
• Conduct market analysis, manage RFPs, evaluate supplier submissions and provide recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and draft, review and execute contracts.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance, risk mitigation and value creation.
• Perform advanced spend, volume and market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

What will your tasks involve?

• collaborate with company regions, affiliates and Global Procurement teams to implement category and sourcing strategies
• lead end-to-end supplier selection processes, including competitive bidding
• conduct market analysis, prepare and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate supplier submissions and provide recommendations for supplier selection
• negotiate commercial terms and conditions and draft, review and execute contracts
• build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, risk mitigation and value creation
• perform advanced spend, volume and market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making

What we expect from you?

• minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement, including sourcing activities, supplier management and contract negotiation within an international environment
• university degree preferably in Business Administration /Economics / Trade/ Procurement or related fields of study
• project management experience from Procurement perspective
• fluent command of English and Hungarian (C1 or higher)
• strong analytical skills, solid knowledge and experience in using Excel
• ability to analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and inform strategic sourcing decisions
• customer centric approach accompanied with communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to follow up on projects and deal with business partners of all levels including senior stakeholders
