Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a telecom software delivery professional in Kraków to coordinate end-to-end design, integration, validation, and acceptance activities. You will act as the key interface between customers, delivery teams, and R&D, ensuring successful project outcomes across multi-domain environments.

The role requires experience with telecom protocols, Unix/Linux environments, cloud platforms, and OSS/BSS architectures, with a strong emphasis on risk management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience delivering telecom software solutions or managing technical projects.
• Strong understanding of integration in multi-domain environments.
• Familiarity with telecom protocols (Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, SNMP).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical project delivery activities.
• Manage design, integration, validation, and acceptance phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and project reporting.
• Support customer-facing activities and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D and oversee test and acceptance processes.
