Job summary

Global Guardian in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an experienced Intelligence Analyst to monitor incidents, conduct real-time social-media threat analysis, and support crisis communications for a medical client. The role is embedded with the client's security team to deliver actionable intelligence and enable rapid response.

You will monitor events, assess risks, track locations, advise on safe travel, maintain data for security systems, and coordinate with third-party providers and law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, security operations, or emergency management.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Experience in incident response, crisis communication, and threat analysis.
• Proficiency with intelligence platforms, mass communication systems, and real-time tracking tools such as LifeRaft Navigator, Ontic, Dataminr, Factal, Riskline, or others.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners (security providers, law enforcement, emergency services).

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized monitoring of critical events (natural disasters, civil unrest, cyber threats).
• Conduct predictive and real-time analytical assessments to identify and manage security, safety, and product-related risks; issue real-time threat alerts.
• Monitor and track mission-critical operations and employee locations in real time.
• Evaluate flight patterns, hotel locations, high-risk destinations, and transportation options for travelers.
• Maintain meticulous data keeping for security systems and escalate damaged equipment.
• Utilize client-directed mass communication system to send communications to stakeholders and travelers.
• Monitor global security trends and alerts to enable proactive threat response and risk mitigation.
• Consult with client on crisis response and evacuation plans.
• Foster relationships with third-party security providers, law enforcement, and emergency services.
