Job summary

Sealed Air in Poland is seeking a Process Engineer on a temporary 1-year contract to drive continuous improvement, optimize extrusion operations, and support production performance. You will work cross-functionally to resolve issues and implement new materials.

You will lead CI projects, analyze KPIs, plan trials, document processes, and train staff on changes and best practices. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastic processing or extrusion manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve production issues.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools is an advantage.
• Communicative level of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes and lead Continuous Improvement projects.
• Analyze production KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues and support corrective actions.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee production trials for new materials, products, and processes.
• Create, maintain, and update process documentation.
• Train employees on process changes, work standards, and best practices.
