Job summary

Sealed Air in Poland is seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement in our LDPE foam extrusion operations, optimize manufacturing processes, and support production performance across shifts.

You will work cross-functionally to solve technical challenges, improve product quality, and implement new materials and technologies, while mentoring teams and documenting processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in plastic processing or extrusion manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve production issues.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools is an advantage.
  • Communicative level of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Optimize manufacturing processes and lead Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Analyze production KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues and support corrective actions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee production trials for new raw materials, products, and manufacturing processes.
  • Create, maintain, and update process documentation.
  • Train employees on process changes, work standards, and best practices.
