Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a content operations specialist to manage CMS-driven content, digital assets, and migrations. You will collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare, publish, and optimize content across platforms.

The role requires hands-on CMS experience, HTML/CSS familiarity, and strong attention to detail. English proficiency is essential, with a focus on timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Good technical aptitude with web-based systems and business apps.
• Read and follow technical manuals, process docs, and content guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with one or more CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, web page structure, metadata, and hyperlinks.
• Basic knowledge of AI and Generative AI tools for content prep and QA.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain content pages and websites using CMS platforms.
• Manage digital assets and support content organization.
• Prepare content for migration from legacy platforms.
• Create and maintain content-related reports.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, end users and stakeholders.
• Attend daily client and internal team meetings.
• Provide end-user and stakeholder support.
