Job summary

VML in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a Content Specialist/Content Engineer to create and manage digital content across CMS/DAM systems. You will work with authors, clients and project teams to ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery of web content.

You will edit pages, organize assets, perform QA, and use Figma for simple layouts. A hybrid work setup and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude in web technologies and content workflows.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, page structure, metadata and responsive design.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+).
• Experience with CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Contentful, Drupal).
• Familiarity with image editing and DAM asset handling.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and maintain content pages and web structures using CMS.
• Upload, organize and tag digital assets in DAM platforms; basic image editing.
• Participate in stand‑ups and collaborate with marketing, developers and PMs.
• Support content migration and perform QA against style guides and SEO.
• Use basic Figma for layouts and asset exports.
