Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Content Quality Reviewer to support a leading global technology company. You will review content for policy compliance, using your Polish language skills and local market insight to ensure quality and safety on a fast-moving e-commerce platform.

The role is on-site in Lisbon with relocation support, a monthly gross salary of €920 paid in 14 instalments, and benefits including a private health insurance and a welcome/complexity bonus.

The client is a leading global technology company operating a portfolio of popular social media, content and digital platforms used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety standards of an e-commerce platform. This position involves reviewing content, making rational decisions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and service levels, utilising your local market expertise and language skills.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform;

• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise;

• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content;

• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards;

• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards;

• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform;

• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Native-level Polish proficiency

Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off
