Cross Border Talents is seeking a content reviewer to ensure quality and safety on a major ecommerce platform. You will review content, apply local market insights, and uphold policy standards while working on-site in Lisbon.

The role requires native Polish and strong English (B2+), the ability to make rational, policy-compliant decisions, and flexibility to handle rotating schedules in a fast-moving environment.

The client is a leading global technology company operating a portfolio of popular social media, content and digital platforms used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety standards of an e-commerce platform. This position involves reviewing content, making rational decisions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and service levels, utilising your local market expertise and language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform;

• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise;

• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content;

• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards;

• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards;

• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform;

• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off

Perks:

• Meal allowance of €154 per month

• €1,000 welcome bonus, paid over 12 months in addition to the base salary

Remuneration: €920 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments
Total remuneration + perks = €1,380
Relocation: Optional accommodation - a room in a shared apartment with all bills included (€280 deduction per month) + bureaucratic support
