Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a content reviewer to ensure quality and safety for an e-commerce platform. This on-site role in Lisbon requires native Polish and English (B2) proficiency, with decision-making and strong attention to detail to maintain policy compliance and high content standards.

Relocation support is provided. The position offers a 24/7 rotating shift schedule with a base salary plus perks and bureau-relocation assistance for accommodation.

The client is a leading global technology company operating a portfolio of popular social media, content and digital platforms used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety standards of an e-commerce platform. This position involves reviewing content, making rational decisions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and service levels, utilising your local market expertise and language skills.

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform;

• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise;

• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content;

• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards;

Work model: On-site
Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off

Perks:
