Cross Border Talents is seeking content moderation staff to ensure quality and safety on our e-commerce platform. The role requires native Polish and strong English, with decisions grounded in local market knowledge.

Qualifications

The client is a leading global technology company operating a portfolio of popular social media, content and digital platforms used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety standards of an e-commerce platform. This position involves reviewing content, making rational decisions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and service levels, utilising your local market expertise and language skills.

Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off
