Cross Border Talents is seeking a content reviewer to ensure quality and safety standards on a major e-commerce platform. The role offers relocation support to Lisbon, Portugal and an on-site work model with 24/7 rotative shifts.

You will review content, make rational decisions using local market knowledge, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Relocation includes accommodation support and a welcome package.

Qualificações

The client is a leading global technology company operating a portfolio of popular social media, content and digital platforms used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety standards of an e-commerce platform. This position involves reviewing content, making rational decisions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and service levels, utilising your local market expertise and language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform;

• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise;

• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content;

• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards;

• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards;

• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform;

• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements:

• Native-level Polish proficiency

• English proficiency at B2 level or above;

• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise;

• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform;

• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols;

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off

Remuneration: €920 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments

Relocation: Optional accommodation - a room in a shared apartment with all bills included (€280 deduction per month) + bureaucratic support
