Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a content quality reviewer to join an on-site role in Lisbon, with relocation support. You will review content, ensure policy compliance, and leverage your local market knowledge to uphold service levels.

The position requires native Polish and English at least B2, with the ability to make rational decisions and maintain high attention to detail. Work schedule includes 24/7 rotative shifts with two days off.

The client is a leading global technology company operating a portfolio of popular social media, content and digital platforms used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
In this role you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety standards of an e-commerce platform. This position involves reviewing content, making rational decisions, and ensuring compliance with established policies and service levels, utilising your local market expertise and language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform;

• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise;

• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content;

• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards;

• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards;

• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform;

• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements:

• Native-level Polish proficiency

• English proficiency at B2 level or above;

• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise;

• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform;

• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols;

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Schedule: 24/7 rotative shifts (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off

Perks:
