YOUR TASKS

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting‑edge Generative AI solutions, leveraging state‑of‑the‑art foundation models.
• Fine‑tune and optimize LLMs (Large Language Models) and other generative models for industry‑specific applications.
• Implement GenAI‑driven applications, integrating NLP, image generation, and multimodal AI technologies.
• Work with cloud platforms and distributed computing tools to build scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, translating business needs into AI‑powered innovations.
• Participate in research and development initiatives to stay ahead in the evolving GenAI landscape.

YOUR PROFILE

• Passion for Generative AI and innovation, with hands‑on experience developing AI‑powered applications.
• At least 1.5 year of experience in AI/ML, with expertise in LLMs, NLP, or computer vision models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Knowledge of model fine‑tuning, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and prompt engineering.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
• Team‑player attitude with excellent communication skills (English is a must, German or Polish are a plus), and openness to working with international clients.
