Job summary

Sollers Consulting in Poznań is seeking a Business Analyst with French to join our consulting team on IT projects for financial institutions, especially insurers. You will analyze business requirements, define functional specs, and support testing and UAT in an international, agile environment.

You will work closely with software developers and IT architects, participate in an active Agile team, and take ownership of your topics. A hybrid work model and career growth await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, IT, or related field.
• Fluent English (C1) and very good French (B2/C1).
• Experience with agile ways of working.
• Ability to analyze complex problems using intuition and data.
• Eligible to work in Poland and the EU full-time.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

• Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions and support UATs.
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.
• Test yourself in various roles performing varied tasks in an international environment.
• Be an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership for your topics.

Our requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.
• Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers(at least C1 level).
• Very good knowledge of French (at least B2/C1 level).
• Understanding agile ways of working.
• Proven ability to apply both intuitive and analytical reasoning to approach complex problems.
• To be able to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

Optional

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• Familiarity with insurance business processes.
• Team leadership skills and management experience.
• Additional languages.
• While having the main office in Poland, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time.
