Job summary

Laminar Projects in the UK and internationally is seeking a hands-on Project Planner to enhance the delivery of complex construction projects through top-tier planning. Youll translate strategies into executable plans and analyse them with planning software.

Your role sits in our Project Planning Team, reporting to a planning discipline director. Expect ownership of plans, delay mitigation, stakeholder reporting, scalable practices, and team development, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Construction engineering background with 2+ years on construction projects and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to influence teams.
• Proactive leadership and a track record of improving project outcomes.
• Interest in data-driven planning and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure it is followed and delays mitigated.
• Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop scalable, repeatable best practices and tools with the team.
• Develop the team personally and professionally and educate clients.
• Lead with curiosity to solve complex planning problems in construction.
